We recently had the pastry chef from the fabulous Max Downtown in Downtown Hartford on the Morning show on Channel 3 from 5-8am.He showed me how to make Hazelnut Tiramisu, a superb version of this Italian dessert using hazelnut cake and cinnamon filling.
